[HELP] SQL DB Setup for S6E3 MuOnline

Hello,
As my thread name say's I need some quick guides specified to my requirements. First i will introduce myself. My nickname is crew, i have been playin Webzen MuOnline for about 6years. Been configurating MuOnline Private Servers for about 5 years, also hosting Season 1 before that. Have been configuring such server files as TitanTech, IGCN, EMU, XTeam, ZTeam also have been developing my own server files. My main server setup's have been for x1000, x150 and NonReset. Each rate server with different PvP/PvE config, drop, reward, items options etc. As well have worked as designer drawing some basic websites design or fixing some simple php, ccs mistakes. If somebody could help with teaching me about SQL, database, I could give some guides to config server in exchange.

Help that i need is to help me with experience for SQL and best storage data for my MuOnline Private Server, which I have been working on. For a start before I take VPS for GameServer and VPS for WebServer I need to run my GameServer on my Laptop, which will be based for example simple TitanTech server files. I'm using Wi-Fi, i7 processor, 16GR RAM, 1T GB HDD, GeForce 960M, Windows 10. Have seen almost all the guides, but I haven't found my specific answers in those. (no offense)

Follow questions are...
1. Which SQL version is most stable for season 6 episode 3?
2. Any guide how to setup SQL for server, running using Wi-Fi and x64 laptop?

Another question.3. Which IP I should use in Server Files / Server Client ?

IPv4 or use Hamachi xD ithink if you Shutdown your Wifi ithin IP will be change so its better to use hamachi for IP if you use your own PC

for global = CmyIP.com - Check My IP address fast! <--- ur global IP
but then u must learn to open those ports:
44405/55901/55919 and when u opened , run server and check if they running at canyouseeme.org

How can I open ports? It's done by Router or Fire Wall?

also put TRIGGER PROTOCOL and Trigger PORT port number too
example
MOEX2018 - coole - Off - UDP (Change to TCP) 44405-44405 - 44405-44405 - TCP - 44405
do same with 55901 and 55919
u dont need any other ports
and open only in TCP or choose the option (Both)
