[Help] VIP not giving XP in Game

the Base is 200% nothing extra, vip is on.
I tested it with 2 accounts, 1 account has Bronze VIP and other one doesn't have anything.
The xp Base is the exactly the same. The exp earned from monsters is exactly the same.

Any idea what is the problem ?

After you edit VIP, Did you restart Game Server?

I did restart multiple times. In the log : [17:20:52] [VIP System] Loaded 4 VIP types
The VIP's are loaded and added from website. ViP's are shown in game but no difference in the exp rate.

Try using IGCN essential and adding.
