[Help] VPS Muonline S6ep3 Joinserver/exDB not responding

Can you help me pls, I was trying to setup MuOnline s6ep3 (TT Costumized Version)

I opened Port 44405, 55901 and 55619
DB port 1433 is Fine i can even connect my MuMaker Externaly
but when i run my SCF_exDB and TitanLinkServer its not reponding, it will only stay loading

VPS: vpsserver.com
OS: Windows server 2016 x64bit
Ram:4gb
Traffic: 10gbs
Sql: Sql Server 2008 r2

try check my ports and 44405 port is open
also tried to connect main exe from external IP and server is showing but when i select server to login i got disconnected

Ive fix it :D... I was using windows server 2012 r2 64bit so obdc registration wont work via shortcut...
