Help with (gm) logo

I explain, I am creating an S3E1 server which users can not see the GM logo while the GM can see it, what can it be? Already try with different mains and nothing, my server uses eDataServer 1.0.0.5 already prove others and nothing, I have the same problem, any solution? Or a Gs that recommend me the one I use is 1.0.0.18 Webzen. please help.
