How do i mange NPCs?

I have season 9 ep 2 files by IGCN that were given free in the internet and it has some 2 NPCs 1 BK_Helper and SM_Helper that I want to remove, how do I change the coordinates of NPCs and the town that they are at, remove them. NPCs like sellers, job givers, buff givers. how do I mange them?

If im correct. Those are bot_npc not original NPC. So they should have there own custom configuration if it has a similar layout to TT files. But just look for any configuration that says Bot_Buff.ini or something like that.

Remove bots:
IGCData\IGC_BotList.xml
find Enable="1" , and change it to
Enable="0"

Modify NPC:
IGCData\IGC_MonsterSpawn.xml
