How to change Angel and Devil wings excellent option ?
Hi, I'm running a season 10 ep3 server, and I already changed Wings of Angel and Devil excellent option value in IGC_excellentOption.xml and reset the server but it seem doesnt change, what i need to do guys?, i thought i need to edit Wingexcellentoption.bmd in the client but i cant find the tool to read it anywhere
