How to change cursor color in PVP.

Hi, is there a way to change the cursor color when you hold ctrl+right click or during PVP? Thanks!

I think it's possible only from the client's DLL source code because you have to check for a few things like PvP map, if it's in a safe zone or not, etc. Otherwise, I don't think it's possible only by changing the texture for the cursor from the client files.
