How to change max master level?

So I managed to find the source where you can change the mastermaxlevel. im currently using ex-team source but there is a problem. When I reach level 200 im getting exp but im not getting levels it stays at level 200. I changed it to 400 but as I said it doesn't add. Am I missing something?

PS. There is no option in server files to change the max mater level.

Have you tried restarting your Server after you editted that?
Also please Clear your Character Current Exp with Editor or SQL, set level master from 1 and test again
