how to configure drops?

What files are used to configure drops in Titan tech season 6 ep 3 12, Monster drops, drop rates, is there global item drop rate? (A global drop rate that is used for every item) & of course point me to the files paths (file locations) for example:

"Data\file.dat"

just go to scfdata/items/ and check all the item drop configs there..
also general drop is in data/commonserver.dat as usual (for non exc items drop rate) and for exc in scfdata somewhere.
yeah u can always add custom drops in scf_itemdroprate.cfg file too
