whhat u mean build own stats ? a server where u can add stats again and reset stats to re-add points and rebuild whenever a player wants like /resetstats command?

yes.... max reset is 80 then 1st reset is 350Statspoints 2nd 700Statspoints....only like that...not giving make big stats points big

It depends on which file you were using, you can also try using a module for website reset and you can easily configure the stats per reset there.
