The main bottom GUI interface with HP/Mana bars, buttons, potions, skillbar, etc, is coded inside the client. In order to do this you need to code a new interface into the client's DLL source code.
This is not a drag and drop file replacing kind of thing like you do for a texture file. A new interface needs new alignment on the screen and many more.

Some files are having this already coded, like Louis repacks.

since this is only 1 file config its not possible for lower versions, what u must do is cut all pieces one by one of this existing interface and adapt it to your client interface files which is waste of time, unless someone did something 'similar' if u saw a server, get their client if its matching to your season and copy their interface folder files in yours to test it out.
