Login_Back.ozt saved with black background

hi, i did login_back.ozt skin but in game its appers with Black Background

how can i resolve that? i also trying in this website Convert image to TGA and its also dosent work. can you guys please help me with this problem?

this is what i did and its dosent work, anyway i just save the PSD as PNG with NONE background > Transfer the PNG to TGA > Trasnfer TGA to Transparent TGA with website > convert to OZT with pentium tools .. :)

Wrong, you cant save it as .png because .png is dropping Alpha Channels. .png just got transparency like .gif, nothig more. You should save this box as .tga directly from Photoshop.

the final file must be .tga and then u convert that to MU file.
