If you take a master skill, it increases by -1. Which part need to be modified?

example : I need to increase it by 10%, but it decreases by 10%.

I am using season 9 igc files.

to be honest i only think it could be in IGCData a\Scripts\Skills folder in mastercalc.lua or other master config file .lua (open with notepad) and find the config and see if u can do something for specific skills (might require client edit too for visual change) not sure tho
