Master Skill Tree won't show up

Im having a problem with master skill tree. I'm getting a Master EXP Achievement but when I press the A button it doesn't show the master skill tree. I also tried using the C key and I don't see the sign of the tree there only Close, Quest and Pet. What could be the problem?

Im level 400 and I have done the final quest which is class bk to bm.

what server files?
for master exp thing i remember if season 6 u must use other client or other main.exe along with the patch files .dll etc that its fixed to show

Make sure you don't edit quests,and try it yourself instead

can you show me how to fix that error.
I haven't seen Master tree in game, even though I found both files MasterSkillsTree.bmd in client and MasterSKillTree.txt in the server.

Please help me.

Hi Karli,

I used filesMuOnline Season Ex700 Server.

I also tried another season 8. But cannot use 'A' hotkey to show up the master tree skill
