Monster drop edit 97+99

what exact drops u want to modify though? general drop % of normal items, exc, items with luck, etc? u have dtdata in common file u checked for it ? also data,commmonserver file maybe itemdrop

I want to change the exl items that drop from monsters, I think I figured it out bit by bit I'm banging my head and trying. I also want to change the xena that drops but I can't do that.
