Mu maker 1.12 help

I get the "machine actively refused the connection, error 0" for remote connection and "piper error 40" for local connection, the server seems to be working, I put in picture the settings of my server. Can someone please help me to set the settings, I even tried putting a name "Computer\Username", but its too long and mu maker does not accept it.

I was going to ask in the other thread, but the skype is not valid and the thread is closed.

Open
-> SQL Server Configuration Manager
-> SQL Server Network Configuration
-> Protocol for MSSQLSERVER
-> TCP/IP -> Enabled.
go to Properties Tab :
Enabled ->Yes (All)
For TCP Port -> Put 1433 (All)
Click OK and restart MSSQLSERVER.
Rerun MuMaker.

By my opinion something is wrong with the server files. When I edit the global mu client with hex editor and add the IP "192.168.1.14", which is my internal IP, I get disconnected with "WSArecv failed with error 10038" while trying to login, it doesn even give 3 attempts to login.

I fixed this error, but now I have a problem. I cant connect with the MuGlobal client in the tutorials. I get disconected after an attempt to login with the following error, the error lines are the last 3:
