Mu maker pipes error 40, Windows 7

Good day! I tried everything on the Internet to fix this problem, but I could not, I am running Windows 7 64-bit, the server is working, but I cant make an account. I have "SQL server 2005" and I followed the youtube tutorials to make the server. I use the ip address 192.168.1.55.

On local connection with Mu maket, I get error 40, on remote connection I get error 0.

Can someone tell me how to create a character from SQL server 2005 or to setup the site so I can register from the site?
