I seems to be unable to find S13 server files? Im looking for them for development purpouses, not setting up a private server, so buying only ones available for cash seems unconvinient to me. Anyone seen S13 files for free?

so you should look for other season files that are released with source (s6,s8,s9) and build your own s13

it can be done, but if you dont know how to do it at least start with some of the files that are published here in this forum with sources and make some tests.
There are no s13 source / leaked files on the net so I recommend to use zteam s8 source (clean code/ easy to read) , do some (many) research and upgrade to s13
