Mu server help me please

hello all, sorry for bad englesh, i need help with a problem for my mu server, i am using xampp for the web, and if i set the RR to be made from website, if the player is in safezone in stadium, then after rr hi will not be moved to the city, if i set the RR to be made in game with comand, then the web does not count the number of RR :( how can i fix this please

What files may you be using?
And what web engine?

Ithink its normal if you reset in website and your Character is on Safezone Like mine but maybe you can edit it dunno what Part
and if your Character will reset using web but your character is on war zone it will warp you in City

and also make sure your reset table in website are same in reset table in Database :) Correct me if im wrong
