MUEMU how to get socket item drop

Can some one tell me how to make socket item to drop or increase changes to drop socket item with muemu server please. I already change socket item drop to 1 in mapmanager.txt

where you want socket items to drop first of all ?

i think in itemoptionrate.txt if u scroll over down u see socket items and rates like 5000 for 1 socket 5000 for 2 and so on where u can modify it and experiment.
