MuOnlineWebs install error step 9

Hi guys as the title say i have a problem with the installation of the muonlinewebs... everything works until i get to the step 9 ... it give me this error , anyone know how to solve ?

make also sure u are using the correct webserver version php and so on

tried everything and nothing worked :(

solved , when you install the website for the first time you don't have to go to "localhost/install/install.php" you just write localhost and the installation will start automatically :)
