People can't enter
they see the server, click on it and then everything is DC IP is entered everywhere normally, what could be the reason

Where are you hosting the MU server? (VPS, your local computer, etc).
Probably it's just a closed port. You need to check if you opened the ports for GameServer, Connect Server and if you are using an antihack, you have to open the antihack port too.

From your local computer, you have to open it from your router/routers management system (Port forwarding in your router/routers with your host's LAN IP).
From a VPS, just add rules in your firewall for inbound and outbound connections.

are u running the gameserver of ur server? are ports running correct? run server and check 44405,55901 for example and see if success in portchecker.co web if not then manage that, if they are open it could be misconfig in files/client with ports or ip for example.
