Need to press Ctrl to kill in Siege

Im using titantech files, i need to know where is defined this to try fix.. Like where a player are Pk or in duel.. (Im using source)

On Siege it must be automatic enable, just check the objattack.cpp and maybe you will find it.

I know, this is for what im searching... I need to know how it work, you know, the scenary where pointer is enable to attack without press ctrl..

I think is not in objattack and hope isnt at client side =/
