Opening Port

Hi Goodmorning im using PLDT GUI or im from philippines as usual PLDT is the most use network provider here in our country. i want to open the MU Port but i have problems in opening, hmm what should i put in Private and Public Port? Can some one Help me please :( i need it badly!

put on both ports the same port

start and end..
and direct the ports to your LAN ip which is at start>run>command> write IPCONFIG and u must get IPv4 which is the ip u should open ur ports to..
