Please help with reset system

Ky all
Please help i have a problem with reset system.Problem is:
I have 0 resets,i do reset,relog and i have 6000 resets and 1100 gresets
How to fix this problem

Disable reset system in server files and do it on website.

or check if your configs on reset system are really messed up and change them.
