For normal NPC i don't think you can. But you can make SCF bots if your using IGCN Or TT files.

No, I have a 0.97 version, and I can programmatically do it with C ++

same problem i am using IGCN season 9.5 i cant change the pricing on npc aswell the combination tax fee
