Problem - IGC.EssentialTools no open

I was able to fix the problem with the server, the game does connect and everything is fine.
I have the following problem with the IGC.EssentialTools.

I already made all the settings (same like the video) and it does not allow me to open here following error images..someone know how to fix it?

I think this about the sql server you installed. Try looking for a tutorial about 2008/2012 installation.

I was able to fix the problem, apparently the problem was with the ports.
I had to open the port in SQL as well..
I used this video to fix the problem, it turns out another port was open..
