Problems with Login Server the name automatically enters

So I have a problem that is quite annoying when i select my server this name appears automatically and I do not understand why you normally write it manually the name and pass

I use the old school SQL Server 2000 97d+99i and fresh db

How can I fix this problem not to appear anymore ?

this is probably from other servers that you have on ur pc.

open mu.exe>options>remove User ID if there is>Save options>close launcher and reconnect to check if account name still there.
