Problems with zen drop !!!

Hello guys im stuck with zen drop from monsters , my problem is Im using igcn files, and it's look like that

So i dont understand , like LT7 - Death Knight is level 62 , and he shuld drop 6200 gold aprox but he is not droping that i dunno how to fix it as well my general settings for zen is like this

ExcItemDropRate = 20
ItemLuckDrop = 50
ItemSkillDrop = 50
ExcItemLuckDrop = 50
ExcItemSkillDrop = 50

ZenDropMultipler = 35

So guys i wish to make zen drop formula like this Monster level by (X) 100 = ZEN or example

Death knight is lvl 62 ( 62X100=6200)

I hope some one can help me im despered with this.
