im not sure, its a good idea though!

try to find parameters of distance or something of the skill, which should be like between 1 to 3 coordinates max i believe

Data/Local/Eng/Skill_eng.bmd - check that file maybe its in Data/Local/skill.bmd only or skill_eng.bmd aswell. do the same in server files skill folder and skill.txt configs and restart the server.

i hope someone else can give us an idea =)
