S5.5 main.exe problem

i've setup a server , now everything is running, but i cannot connect with my client
so i need a main.exe that connects to 127.0.0.1 or to 149.210.189.243 how to fix this?

If you are running server files local, than use your IPv4 address ... ex: 192.168.1.1 if you are running the server files on a different PC than use real IP ex: 149.210.189.243

but how to change the ip ?
i try'd hex editor but it doesnt connect ...

It would probably be helpful if you tell people what server files your using. Cause sometimes the IP can be loaded from a different place rather then the main.exe

yeah i need a laucher or something...
or there was this with shortcut settings like file destanation "c/location/main.exe" connect 127.0.0.1 44447
