Server season 3 problem!

First, sorry about my english, i need help.

My server works fine for a few hours, but in some moments, start to drop only zen, and at this moment nobody level up until i restart the server. its like a little rollback, can you help me please?

i dont see much stuff related to ur issue in logs

if i was you i really would change files, mixed up isnt always good
