Server Settings for Low-Med Season 6 Server

Hello guys,

I am new to this and I would like to ask you for some help.
I was searching on forums to see if I can find some settings for a Season 6 Low-Med server.

What I am looking for is:
Experience rate 75-100x
30 reset max

I don't know where to start and set up the server for this kind of experience and to make sure that everything is balanced. (From PVP, to how hard is the golden invasions, etc.) I mean, to scale the server to this kind of gameplay.

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
I want to work for this and learn the process.
