Skill Power Slash Available to All Classes

Hello All,
I want to enable the skill power slash to all classes.
I've made changes in skill.txt,skill.bmd and set all classes to be able to use it.
All classes can equip and select the skill, but only mg, dl and dk can use.
Anyone know what is happening?

its like its enabled to 'wear' but not enable/added to the skills of the character, what files u use though

Hello, as i said.
I'm all classes can see the skill and select it. But elf and dw canot atack with it.
I've edited the skill.txt in server side and skill.bmd client side
