sql error

Hello everyone i use sql server 2018 r2 i need to instal MvCore in xammp 1.7.7 and i have this error !


i try to SQL Server Configuration Manager > SQL Server NetworkConfiguration > Protocols for <machine instance>. Double-click Named Pipes. TheNamed Pipes Properties screen appears. Double-click TCP/IP ant to have error help me plase

Cannot Connect To Database. MuOnline
Possible Reasons:
1) Incorrect SQL Data In Config file.
2) Named Piped Has Not Been Enabled2) Database Has Not Been Mad Or Restored

-> SQL Server Configuration Manager
-> SQL Server Network Configuration
-> Protocol for MSSQLSERVER
-> TCP/IP -> Enabled.
go to Properties Tab :
Enabled ->Yes (All)
For TCP Port -> Put 1433 (All)
Click OK and restart MSSQLSERVER.

If it's a error on configuration file paste your configuration file so others can help.

maybe forgot to enabled 'Named Pipes' ?
and u dont need to change any IP or add in tcp/ip configs .. its all default there just add ports
