    Is a local server bro?

If yes, you need to create a host in hosts windows file.

Open notepad as administrator and navigate to file called hosts

    at

    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts

    in file put something else:

    mu.no-ip.com 192.168.1.2

And uses mu.no-ip.com at server files and client.

ps. If is a local test server you do not need no-ip account or something else.
