Can anyone plz tell me how to config the use level of swell life skill from IGC season 9 server ! i can't use it after reset, must be 120 lv to use it.
I tried to config the SkillSetting.xml but failed. Is it a bug or something ?

maybe in your reset configs after reset the skill is disabled untill 120 level and you can enable the skill back?
