+ Change Connection Settings:
- $core['db_host*'] = "127.0.0.1"; or Database host IP address or PcName\SqlInstanceName
- $core['db_name*'] = "MuOnline"; Database name 
- $core['db_user*']= "sa"; SQL Authentication user 
- $core['db_password*'] = "YourSQLPassword"; SQL Authentication password

May i ask what server files your using? Depending on what version you might need to switch your xampp cause when i was using season 8 i had to go to xampp 1.7.7

And possibly upload your config for mucore here.
