SSD: Fast: Read & Write Speeds.
SSD: While it's faster usually offers less space for the $

HDD: Slow To Medium: Read & Write Speeds
HDD: Offers higher space for the $

I recommend HDD usually for servers as it usually doesn't matter. SSD just feel more snappy then a HDD but if your willing to wait a few more seconds for windows to boot up and for things to load i recommend go for HDD if your on a budget but if you have a big budget go for a SSD.
