Windows Firewall vs Firewall Router MuOnline 97d

I have some questions about windows firewall and firewall router:

I need to make security from windows firewall to protect muserver ? Or not because I have a firewall router ?

Another question is about this from router Enable SPI(IPv6) ? I have to enable it or not ?:

to protect your pc/host you need to do both atleast (if not using vps dedi server)
1. keep using some firewall like outpost/sygate/kiwi
2. dont touch the router firewall i think they have good security enough..
plus remember its about how strong your internet connection is what matters.
