There could be a lot of things causing this. Did you edit the IP for your client?
EDIT: It'd be helpful if you listed the steps you took to connect to your servers. (i.e. what you configures to set it all up)

It is very bold of you to ask a stranger on the internet to look through your stuff via teamviewer, this should really be your last resort.
You need to put some effort into understanding this stuff. You misunderstood what I meant. Where did you replace the IP address in your server files with your IP?
where server files is hosted? Vps? PC? if it storage on your personal machine then Check for Loopback Adapter.

I did Loopback but nothing works still have the error.
is the problem only for u? or other players too?
Just for me.
1. If you Bought a VPS pls contact these guy and be sure u opened all ports and u dont have your PC/IP blocked.
2. make sure you use VPS ip in main.exe 100% accurately
If 1 and 2 not helping then well the issue is ur router/modem
to be able to Login u must do 1 thing.
connectserver>serverlist.dat file and put your IPv4 IP then save the file refresh connectserver, then u can go and connect..
but then other players will not be able to connect untill you change the IP to GlobalIP and u have to do this alll the time.

Make sure all ip's are editing in server/client.
Make sure all ports are open.
Try and turn your firewall off and see if it works if not turn it back on.
Make sure main.exe and server ip's is edited correctly with ip from here What's My IP Address? - Obsolete Browser Page
Make sure all sql information is correctly.
I've done everything you can to help me on TeamViewer please.
May i ask what server files you are using?
