How to fix GM icon "28"

The best way: do it yourself. You have a brain bro, use it.
first, download a tool for edit .ozj files (for example: mg mu img converter)
second, search in the client for the .ozj file that contain icons for skills (locate the "28" icon there) and convert to .jpg with the tool. you can find this file in YOUR CLIENT FOLDER/Data/Interface
third, customize the file with an editor like photoshop or whatever you use for edit images. Replace the 28 icon with your desired new icon.
fourth, convert again the file to .ozj, save to the client and enjoy your new icon in game.
