I could try to make a skin for that... we shall see.

Anyways, I know there's a lot of servers out there with 3d camera and sky background, and unless they have their own custom ones (release them if they are any good!its worth the love you'll get from the community), then this should come in handy.
I prefer my atlans, but the jamaika skies are absolutely brilliant, I love how they chose to put attention into detail in that particular area of the game.

Also, am changing UG(Ultra-Game,which is more like ultra gay...)to MuMu Patch! :D because i mostly release stuff for mu, no ultra gayness required.

You put in client's data folder.

You need 3D Sky+Camera extension hooked to your main with a .dll file, in which the source code has been written into.
I do not have source code for this :( I don't know how to do this stuff, I always rely on other people's services or releases.
