Give us some tutorial about options for rings etc. how to add resistances etc.

AFAIK you can't add new rings,you can use them as skins instead.

not hard to add new ring.
you can do it like you add new wing.
and serverside easy too.

You can add this rings like a "shield" X and Y = 1 (the rings no have def min or max, only def rate,)
