    Crack main.exe 1.04Q (1.04.17)

    Guide - Edit main.exe (1.04Q)

    Download patch 1.04Q = ftp://muonline.nefficient.co.kr/pub/..._04q_Patch.zip

    Programs: Olly and Hex Editor

    1 - In Olly, look for mu.exe and then find the offsets below:

    005F4097 |. 75 55 JNZ SHORT main.005F40EE
    005F4099 |. 68 10A47E00 PUSH main.007EA410 ; /Arg2 = 007EA410
    005F409E |. 68 E0EEF507 PUSH main.07F5EEE0 ; |Arg1 = 07F5EEE0
    005F40A3 |. E8 699F0B00 CALL main.006AE011 ; \main.006AE011
    005F40A8 |. 83C4 08 ADD ESP,8
    005F40AB |. 68 209E7E00 PUSH main.007E9E20 ; ASCII "mu.exe"
    The first offset, replacing JNZ by JMP. This will disable the Mu.exe. Save it and open the file again.

    2 - Then look for "config.ini read error" and then find the offsets below:

    005F43CF . 74 19 JE SHORT main.005F43EA

    The first offset, replacing JE by JMP. This will disable the GuameGuard. Save it and open the file again.

    3 - Look for "gg init error":

    5 - Open the main.exe with the Hex Editor. Find connect.muonline.co.kr and change by your IP server.

    The link in the first post has been broken, by copy+paste after it has been shortened (with the "...")

    Great guide, I managed to crack a main 1.03h Jpn.
    But it's complicated for newbie users.

    In my case, the step 4 was "75 47 JNZ SHORT main" instead of "74 47 JE SHORT main".

    The JPN mains have some differences... I dont work with JPN or CHS main... Sorry, I cant help you...
