i know some time ago i posted some lists of muguard block hacks but i decide to share that you will can just take it from any muguard

1.change lldb.dat to lldb.zip
2.extract with the key:

ax87ejhAse90oljk

(its the same key for all muguard)
3.enjoy ;)

It's the database of MuGuard... I guess his point was to use it in other anticheats so that they will have a vast blocked cheats database too.
Don't ask me more details, I don't know. Coding is a satan's thing. :P

is not enough, there is a server side too... anyway hard part is to identify where are IP, serial, version coded in dll's and what files are protected by crc32...
