How to install Appserv + Mutoolz

plzzz helpo me i cant download muu toolz from guid ....give me one plzzz[-o<

Im not sure how to use DynDNS

When i finish and click at the : Here is your Mutoolz site
I get this Error: Error: loading databse config values.
Why?

does anyone know how to fix this?
