btw: u must run no-ip.exe that programm . then login with ur acc and tick ur .no-ip. IP and refresh then wait abit and go to url and type that no-ip.

theres no need to run no-ipduc program most modern routers do support Dynamic DNS Service
also NOTE to any new server makers please first clean your pc from all kind of bogus advert or spyware! let you have just one little antivirus running silently so you dont need to worry about password stealing etc. (this guys comp was full of such stuff)
