I have changed all ips to ipv4, and i am still getting Disconnected. :(

i have one problem,when i open "SQL server service manager" and press start then i get error "The RPC sever is unavailable" when i press ok then i got this

I followed every steps u told me to Karli, what else can i do?
I am using Windows 7 Home x64 and after SQL extraction when i run autorun.exe it displays me an error that i need other sql that supports x64.
I am using sql from your download link and your guide says any OS....

just install MSSQL Server 2000
its strange that it doesnt runs on ur win 7 .. cus it runs on every win7 .. run as administrator the setupsql.exe maybe?
if still not use sql 2005 and it will install.

Now i am stuck with configuring mumaker to sql 2005, do you have any ideas?

ok, whats the point of trying to open the ports if all firewalls are off? i thought we only open ports because of firewalls are activated.

if you open your ports
you also need to add them on your firewall not
to close or turn off firewall cause incoming
connection will automatically be blocked
you firewall if it's not included you open ports
if you have router or under router
or you are using a ROUTER ,,, :grrr:
firewalls block ports sometimes dude, for example u run first time ur gameserver joinserver etc.. then a screen comes and says unblock the programm fromfirewall or not.. and so.Quote:
