ye u can use no-ip , install xamp 1.7.1 version to avoid problems.

Website works on my IP from >CMD>IPCONFIG>IPV4MASK. But whene i give this adress to my friends. They dont have www. Whene they use only ip thene xampp need login and password. but this log them in xaamppp ;/ they dont seee any register/ranking etc

just open port in ur router settings / modem settings cmd> ipconfig > copy the default gateway ip paste on ur browser browse it put admin , user and pw if needed , find portforwarding and enable 80 port for web udp and tcp and also for gameserver etc 44405 , 55901 tooo 55919 for gs castle.
also turn off firewall if nothing happen then.
and +1more thing use no-ip.com if u dont have domain etc and dont want to use ur IP

whatever u do u must open the port on ur LAN IP which is cmd>ipconfig> the ipv4 then it will work
This will be problem. I use this no-ip...but with this = DC in game this is one. and two...server works only whene i use my Ip4 IP.
= www still dont works for my friends= Attachment 108195 = dc with no-ip.
I try to fight with my router again but still `no-effect` + all time i have to change ip...anyway dont works
